Welcome to the 2012 Timetable and Events page. As with previous years, we have a number of Events and Gala's, details of which can be found below. New for 2012 are the Spring Diesel Gala on the weekend of 21st & 22nd April and two Family fun weekends - June 2nd - June 4th and August 11th & 12th. With the branch to Big Pit Halt in operation there is even more to do when visiting Blaenavon's Heritage Railway. Click here for the list of 2012 events.

Fare Information

The 2012 fare structure now takes into account journeys to and from Big Pit Halt as well as the "Mainline" Stations. As per previous years we have two fare structures, Standard Fares and Event Fares. Please check the calendar above carefully to see if the date of your visit coincides with an event as the ticket cost will be different than the standard ticket price.

Our return tickets are all 'Pay once ride all day' for the section of line indicated on the ticket.
