GWENT 108 GROUP

The Gwent 108 Group owns and operates the Class 108 Diesel Multiple Units (DMU's) on the Pontypool & Blaenavon Railway, at Blaenavon in South Wales. The Group has been in existence for ten years and its units have been operating regularly at Blaenavon, averaging around 20 days running per season.

The Group owns 4 units:

• 50632 DMCL Fully operational in BR Blue/Grey Livery
• 52044 DMCL Fully operational in BR Blue/Grey Livery
• 51942 DMBS Under restoration to be painted in BR Green Livery
• 54270 DTCL Under restoration to be painted in BR Green Livery
